ORGANISING RESISTANCE. NO DEMANDS BY GERMANY. ' (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, Juno 27. M. Corbin (Ambassador to London) handed his resignation to the Bordeaux Government on Sunday. It is understood he will not be- associated • witli the French National Committee. General de Gaulle (head of the Committee) has been definitely informed that General Catroux will resist the invasion of Indo-rChina. General Nogues (Com-mander-in-Cliief in Syria), it is Relieved, is taking all steps for.organising resistance. A Bordeaux decree appoints ViceAdmiral Decoux Governor-General of Indo-China instead of General Catroux, who has been recalled to France. M. Cay la has been appointed GovernorGeneral of Madagascar. *M. De Boissoh, at present Governor-General of French West Africa and French Equatorial Africa, has been appointed High Commissioner for French Africa with, authority over West Africa and Equatorial Africa, the Cameroons and Togoland. The Minister for Foreign Affairs (M. Baudouin) has issued a statement that no French colony will he subjected to foreign occupation. Germany has not broached colonial problems, though Italy did.’ “The consideration guidihg tho negotiators was to prevent Germany getting our Air Force,” said M. Baudouin. “We succeeded.” M. Baudouin estimated that 1,000,000 French soldiers have been taken prisoner,
