GENERAL MOBILISATION DECREE RESERVISTS MAN FRONTIERS. SPECIAL GUARD ON RAILWAY. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 1.40 p.m.) ' LONDON, June 2. The “Daily Telegraph’s” correspondent at Djibouti says that general mobilisation of Italian reservists in Abyssiniai between May 21 and May 25 was decreed. Special guards have Ijeen placed on the railway. The frontiers of Sudan and Kenya are manned by reservists from Addis Ababa with lorries and mobile artillery. Tank reinforcements have arrived at one point.
