MARRIED IN HASTE.
TWO CINEMA STARS. DECISION OVER TELEPHONE. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) NEW YORK, January 12. According to a message from Phoenix (Arizona) a magistrate married the cinema stars, Joan Bennett and Walter Wanger, who motored from Hollywood after suddenly deciding upon matrimony during a telephone conversation last night. ,Tlie decision was so sudden that Wanger was unable to buy the ring until his arrival at Phoenix.
