SOLDIER FAREWELLED.
GATHERING AT USMORE. A pleasant gathering was held recently in the Lismore School to bid farewell to' Mr Harry Aitken, who is leaving shortly for a military camp. The evening took the form of flag 500 and a dance, the arrangements being made by the Maronan and Lismore social committees. Prizes for the cards were won by Miss D. Ede and partner. Music for the dancing was played by Mrs H. A. Barnett, Miss M. Whiting, and Messrs Whiting and Chalmers.
