THE ANAMA SCHOOL.
MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE. At the meeting of the Anania School. Committee there were^present Messrs F. G. Greenslade (chairman) fl. Mackenzie, A. Riushton, E. Stevens. It was reported that -the attendance had been good and that the school had done very well at the recent sports of the Mayfield district schools, taking its share of prizes. It was decided that the school break up on December 15 and that the school picnic he held at Timaru the following day. # ■ Owing to the funds being short it was decided not to give books to each scholar.
