REGISTRATION AGE LOWERED. PROCLAMATION IN BRITAIN. (Received This Day, 9.’50 a.m.) LONDON, December 1. A Royal Proclamation requires all British subjects who have reached the ago of 20 to-day, but have not reached the age of 23 to register" for service. The registration date is to-morrow week. The procedure will he the same as for other classes. It is estimated that this means about 225,000 more men for the services. A new Proclamation extends .the liability for service to men aged 22, also those who since October 1, but before to-day attained the age of 30.—British Official Wireless. BRITISH MEDICAL SUPPLIES. DISPATCH BY AEROPLANE. (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) LONDON, December 1. At the request of [Madame Cripenberg (wife of the Finnish Minister in London) the British Rod Ctross dispatched to Finland a. plane laden with medical snpplifes. M. and Madame Cripenberg are paying the expenses.
GERMAN ARMY COMMANDER. INSPECTION AT THE FRONT. (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, December 1. A Berlin message states that General Brarichitseh (the German Command-er-in-Ohief) is inspecting the troop m the Upper Rhine sector of the Western Front.
