It consists of representatives of several Left parties and insurgent soldiers. / The seat of government is reported to be Torjoki, which the Soviet occupied yesterday. The Premier and Minister for Foreign Affairs is Otto Kussimen. The announcer said: “Our corps will have the honour of raising the new Republic’s flag on the Presidential Palace at Helsinki. The new Republic will be democratic, but will not be of the Soviet type, because a new order cannot bo established without the consent of the people.”
