FIRES STILL BURNING.
NO EVACUATION AT PRESENT. SOVIET FLEET SIGHTED. (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) HELSINKI, December 1. Fires were still burning in the city early this morning, but Government officials remain. It is stated that no decision has yet been made to evacuate the capital. The correspondent of tho British United Press reports that the Soviet Fleet was visible from Helsinki this morning, but it disappeared over the horizon.
