FRONTIER CLASH.
RUSSIANS AND HUNGARIANS. DISPUTE OVER PROPAGANDA. BUDAPEST, November 30. Russian troops are reported to have fired on Hungarian sentries on the Ruthenian- frontier. It is understood the clash was the result of the seizure by the Hungarian authorities of Soviet propaganda df>stined for Ruthenia, and . also the Hungarians’ hostility to Russia, because of the attack on the Finns, with whom the Hungarians claim racial kinship.
