WOMEN’S DIVISION.
• THE. LISMORE BRANCH. Mrs H. Lilley presided at a meeting of the Lismore branch of the Women’s Division of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union. Arrangements, were made for a high tea, 'Mesdames Addis and Barnett being appointed to take charge. It was decided to hold a home-made sweets competition on that evening. Competitions resulted :—Shrub, Miss Quaid 1, Mrs Lilley 2, Mrs Ashton 3; bloom, Miss Feron 1, Miss. Quaid 2, Mrs Addis 3; meringues, Mrs Addis 1, Miss Quaid 2, Mrs Sparrow 3.
