ET'OTICEi is hereby given Ilial ah a ±y Special meeting of the Ashburton Domnin Board, held on the Oth day of November, 1939, the following resolution was passed and it will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board to be held on MONDAY, the 18th day of December, 1939, at S p.m. at the Council Chambers, Havelock Street. “That, from and after the maliof these By-Laws, the By-Laws of the Ashburton Domain Board now in force relating to the Ashburton Domain and made in the year 1908, shall be repealed and the following shall be the By-Laws relating to the Ashburton Domain.” The proposed By-Law then followed, a copy of which may be seen at the Municipal Offices, Havelock Street.
