DISPOSITION OF TROOPS OCCUPATION OF FIVE TOWNS (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, November 16. The Exchange Company’s correspondent at Stockholm says it is reported that the dispositions of Russian troops in Latvia far exceed those stipulated in the pact. Soviet troops advanced into the rural areas around Libau and Windau and are reported to have occupied five neighbouring towns not mentioned in the pact. Foreigners have been ordered out of the occupied towns.
