SURVEY FLIGHT.
PAN-AMERICAN CLIPPER. AT AUCKLAND NEXT THURSDAY. (Per Press Association). AUCKLAND, November 15. One of Pan-American Airways six Boeing Clippers will leave San Francisco for Auckland at noon next Saturday and is scheduled to alight on Auckland harbour about 3.30 o’clock on the afternoon of Thursday, November 23. The Clipper will be engaged on the flight purely for survey purposes, the second such journey made over the new South Pacific air route, and passengers, mails and cargo will not be carried. De-' tails of the Clipper’s schedule were received by wireless by Mr W. Walker, base manager for the company in Auckland.
