REPLY TO OPPOSITION.
ATTITUDE ON WAR MEASURES. (Per Press Association). NAPIER', November 15. Replying to a statement by the Hon. Adam Hamilton that the Government had not taken the Opposition into its confidence regarding war measures, the Hon. W. E. Barnard said: “Mr Hamilton seems to resent the fact that he and his colleagues have not. been called into the’ councils of Cabine t. Well, the Government lias a. number of young and able men whom it could well include in the Cabinet before it. paid lieed to the suggestion implicit in Mr Hamilton’s statement.”
