TEMPERANCE UNION.
SAILORS’ DAY AT TINWALD. The monthly meeting of the Timvald Women’s Christian Temperance Union was held in the Methodist Church. To observe Seamen’s Day, 12 comfort hags", consisting of scarves, soap, stationery and hooks, and a collection of 10s, was sent to the Sailors’ Rest, Timer u. Mrs Rnffoy presided at the organ and gave two items.
