AIR MAIL CRASH.
BOARD OF INQUIRY FINDING. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 1.2(j p.m.) OTTAWA, Dec. 2. The Board of Inquiry declares that the Regina Air Mail crash was due to an error of judgment by pilot J. M. Jmrie, who was killed with co-pilot Ralph Herald, by failing to secure an altitude of 1000 feet immediately after leaving Regina for Vancouver. The investigation revealed that the plane after travelling a quarter of a mile hit the ground, rose 500 feet, and crashed on its nose.
