(United Press Association— Copyright.) (Received This Day, 1.5 p.m). LONDON. December 1. At the wool sfilos 97<M bales were offered, including 4112 New Zealand and 7919 wefi-e sold. There was a fairly good selection. The demand subsided somewhat and was confined chiefly to the Home trade. Prices generally were at par to five per cent lower compared with those at the close of the last series.
