The Duke of Windsor's talk with Mr Chamberlain and Viscount Halifax at Paris lasted 25 minutles.
Reuter’s correspondent in Paris states that the Duchess was present at the meeting, which is regarded as a prelude to the Duke ‘of Windsor’s early return. It- is believed that he is insistent that the Duchess shall have ,*the rank of Royal Highness.
