REPATRIATION PLAN
ITALIAN COMMISSION ACTS. (United Press Association —Copyright.) ROME, November 23. The Repatriation Commission, at its first meeting,' revealed that application may be made by labourers and professional men through Consuls. Special facilities will he offered to Italians with capital, while fares for operatives without money will be paid by the Government. Others will receive aSO per cent, reduction. The scheme will begin with Italians in nearby countries, those elsewhere being dealt with later.
