ST. JAMES THEATRE. fc Presenting the beautiful international star, Danielle Darrieux in her initial American screen role, Universal’s “The Rage of Paris,” a romantic comedy, came to the 'St. James Theatre this afternoon after five months of careful preparatory work and two months of active filming. The film will be shown here again on Monday night. Douglas Fairbanks, Jr. is co-starred 'with the \ ersatile French actress who appeared in some of Europe’s most distinguished films, including the prize winning “Mayerling” before going to Hollywood. Among the featured players, Mi,sclia. Atnjr lias the comedy 4 - ole of a bewildered waiter, Helen Broderick, famous screen and Broadway stage comedienne, plays the part of a humorous, worldly-wise actress ana Louis Hayward is Fairbanks’s rival. Properly to present Miss Darieux, whose beauty and talent have captured the imagination of millions abroad, Universal production officials have supported the star with brilliant cast including Charles Coleman, Samuel S. Hinds, Nella Walker, and Harry Davenport, Henry Koster, who wrote the stories of some of Miss Darrieux’ biggest French hits before winning directorial fame here with the first two Durbin films, directed the picture. Buddy De Sylva was the producer. T here is a first-class supporting programme.

DANNY MALONE. The famous Irish tenor we have heard so often ovier the National Stations, also the singer in that beautiful picture, “The Rose of Tralee,” Danny Malone, is'making a personal appearance at St. Andrew’s Hall, on Tuesday night.
