MINISTER’S COMMERCIAL POST. [United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) CANBERRA., This Day. Answering a question in the House of Representatives, the Prime Minister (Mr J. A. Lyons) said he had no hesitation in declaring that a director of a company trading Avitli the Government should not be in the Ministry. Mr Lyons’si reply was in reference to Senator McLachlan’s resignation of the position of Postmaster-General. The resignation Avas prompted by a series of questions tabled by Mr George Lawson, a Queensland Labour member, dealing Avitli Mr McLachlan’s association with the directorates of companies Avhich enter into contracts with the Postal Department.
