SECRET DEATH SENTENCE. (United Press Association— Copyright, (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) Nov. 4. It is revealed that a secret session of the Peeople’s Court sentenced to death Peer Kasper, a Communist, for conspiring, with three others to march on Berlin to establish a Popular Front Government in the middle of 1938. The others were sentenced to 12, five and, two'years respectively.
