CHARGE AGAINST MOTORIST. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, October 31. - At the trial of Harold Edward Bell, company manager, who 'was charged with failing to stop his car after an accident, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty after a retirement of 35 minutes.
