The Commission of Investigation into air bombardments in Spain has issued! its report on. the bombing of Figueras- on October 14. The investigation was made at 'the invitation of the Barcelona authorities. The Commission found, on the evidence available, that bombs were dropped on the town proper of Figueras, which is an open town except for the location in it of one military objective—an officer cadet training school. —British Official Wireless.
