WOMAN DIES ON ROADSIDE. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, October 28. Mrs Eleanor Dinnan, a widow, aged 62, formerly of the West Coast, who lived recently at Marima, Pahiatua, was found dead on the roadside at Pinehaven, Silverstream, at 7 a.m. today. She was then a short distance from the house of her daughter, Mrs Isabel Beatrice Alice Bending, with whom she had been staying since Wednesday. Mrs Dinnan died from heart failure, and had been dead six hours when found. MOTOR-CYCLIST KILLED. AUCKLAND, October 28. Fatal injuries to his head were suffered by a motor-cyclist in a collision with a motor-car at the Park road, entrance to the Auckland Domain this afternoon. The victim rvas Patrick Hilton Hill, a baker, a single man, aged 21, of Remuera. The accident occurred as Hill was ridihg out of the city toward Remuera, and collided with a motor-car as it was making a right-hand turn out of Park road into the.domain. The car was driven by Arthur Marsden Benton, service station attendant. Death was believed to have been instantaneous. Hill apparently struck his head on the dooi handle of the car.
