PUNITIVE MEASURES ENFORCED THREAT BY ARAB LEADER. (United Press Association—Copyright.) JERUSALEM, Octobeji* 27. After blowing up half a dozen houses at Mini* the authorities intimated that the punishment would cease if 10 rifles were, surrendered within the hour, hut they wore not forthcoming. Ihe local Arab leader threatened that if further damage were done he would lead 800 Arabs' in am attack on battalions of the Royal Kents and Irish Fusiliers who later located and surrounded a large body of rebels in a cave.
