C. Mitchell; vicepresident, Sir William Hunt; treasurer, Mr H. CoulJ; executive, Messrs J. A. C. Allison A. J. Curtis ( Wellington), A. E. Kincaid (Canterbury), A. J. Allen (Dunedin), K. A. McLeay, A. C. Hoyles (smaller associations), C. C. Davis (Auckland), M. J. Kennedy (affiliated bodies); tiustees, Messrs J. M. Fleming, W? E. Fuller, M. G. C. McCaul, and Dr. C. I. Knight; auditors, Messrs Vickery and Rowden.
