FURTHER REMAND.
ALLECED THEFT OF WOOL. To allow the police to make further inquiries, Gordon McDonald McCrea, aged 27, a carpenter, of Dunedin, who was charged in Ashburton last Thursday with having stolen wool of the value of £ll 2s lOd at Waimate, and who was remanded until to-day,, was again remanded when lie appeared before Mr E. C. Bathurst in the Police Court this morning; Accused will appear again to-morrow week. The remand was granted on the same terms as previously, bail self £SO and one surety of £SO. Accused was ordered to report daily to the police.
