Learn-to-Swim Campaign. The following list indicates the number of pupils who, since the commencement of the’ learn-to-swim campaign, in December, 1937, have learnt to swim. Of these 112 obtained at least the learners’ distance certificate (minimum 50 yards), while to the remaining 394 a special local certificate was issued. Totals.
