BRITAIN UNLIKELY TO ENTER.
JAPANESE AG GRESSION DISLIKED
(United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, May 29.
The “Observer” says that Britain is unlikely to compete in the Olympic Games at Tokio in 1940, because of disapproval of Japanese aggression in China and the tendency of some countries to use the Games to gain international prestige.
This decision will probably Involve the end of the Olympic Games, which, the “Observer’’ adds, will be replaced for Britain by the Empire Games. Britain will also increase the number of athletic matches against English-speak-ing teams.
DECISION OF SWISS ATHLETES.

The Olympic Games Committee recommends that the Swiss Sports Association will not take part ;n the Olympic Games at Tokio if Japan is still at war a yeaf before the opening of the Games.
