PUBLIC NOTICES. INDUSTRIAL EFFICIENCY ACT, 1936. I HEREBY’ give notice that an application lias been received from R aka in. Transport Service Co., Ltd., to take over two petrol pumps from C. C. I). Wilkie, and transfer them to a new site at the corner of Rolleston Street and Main South Road, Rakaia, and instal two additional pumps to be transferred from the applicant company’s present premises in Rolleston Street to form a new service station. Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and: who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 2nd June, 1938. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage through-put of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations. —D.
