PLOT AGAINST STALIN. RINGLEADERS PAY THE PRICE. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 1.40 p.m.) HELSINKI, May 20. The newspaper “Uusi Suomi’’ announces the discovery of a plot in the Soviet Army and Air Force to overthrow Stalin and Voroshilov, leading to many arrests in Leningrad, Kiel and Rostov, and the shooting of Rogov, a well-known pilot, an aerodrome commander, and Ladin, a defence official, after a court-martial.
