FINE OF £25 IMPOSED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 20. “Whatever intentions this man may have in doing this grossly" indecent and offensive thing, it is quite inexcusable, said Mr Goulding, S.M., in convicting Ernest Samuel French of having an indecent document on premises occupied by another person. Accused was fined £25, in default two months’ imprisonment.
