BAKERY DISPUTE.
APPOINTMENT OF TRIBUNAL. (Per Press Association.) ® WELLINGTON, May 20. The personnel of the tribunal to hear the dispute in the Auckland bakery industry arising out of the dismissal of a driver by G. K. Mathieson, Ltd., was announced to-day by the Minister for Labour (the Hon. H. T. Armstrong). The tribunal is as follows: Messrs S. L. Paterson, S.M. (Hamilton), chairman, W. Newton, J.P. (Wellington), former Secretary of. Labour and S. Tyson (Auckland), a former Inspector of Factories. The tribunal will begin its sittings on May 26. It lias been appointed in accordance with a promise given by the Minister in consideration of an assurance by both parties to the dispute that they would abide by its decision.
