DAMAGES AWARDED.
INJURIES IN MOTOR COLLISION. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 20. Damages amounting to £BO 4s Id were awarded by a jury of 12 in the Supreme Court to GwemictK Elder Jones, of Dannevirke, a bookkeeper, against Joseph Geoffrey Long, of Wellington, a detective, for injuries when a car in which she was a passenger collided with a car driven by defendant on the Waikauac bridge on January 1.
