The “Telegraph’s” correspondent says that the impatience throughout Holland for the birth of Princess Juliana’s baby hits resulted in many false alarms. Rumours have already - caused hands to play, bonfires to lie lit, and burgomasters"to don their chains of office and l>egin reading joyful speeches.
