Figures issued by the Commonwealth Statistician show that, employment *in Australia is back to pre-depression levels. At the end of last year only 8.2 per cent, of the members of trades unions were out of ’ employment. This j.s the lowest figure since August, 1927, when 6.7 per cent were out of work.
