The chairman of directors of Quantas Airways says that with whole-hearted co-operation Detween the Federal Aviation Department and his company it should still be possible to have the Empire air mail services in operation by March or April at the latest. The Federal Cabinet will next week consider proposals to expedite the inauguration of the flying-boat service by the provision of temporary bases.
