SUGGESTION REGARDING JEWS. (United Press Association—Copy right.) LONDON, November 24. Professor N. Bentwich, Professor of International Relations at Jerusalem University at a conference of the Royal Empire Society on Empire development appealed for the abandonment of the doctrine of self-sufficiency in humanity as well as in trade by the throwing open of the door to other, countries particularly Australia, for the migration of Jewish refugees from Germany. The Marquis of Dufferin and Ava said the next 10 years would see renewed efforts to develop colonies to contribute to the wealth and happiness of the world.. Colonial trade would not he confined to the Empire.
