NEW ZEALAND TOUR LIKELY. (Received This Day, 12.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Unofficial letters and cablegrams from members of the Newt Zealand, Rugby Union Board have been received in Sydney, stating that it could be taken for granted that the decision not to send a team to Australia in 1938 would be reversed at a meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union on December 10.
