HAILE SELASSIE’S POSITION. (United Press Association —Copyright.) LONDON, November 23. Solicitors attempted to serve a writ on Haile Selassie yesterday under the action for £23,000 to be brought by Chdrtok, an American. Haile Selassie’s secretary, however, refused to accept the writ.
