IMPORTANT CHANGES MADE. THE DUCE TO CONTROL AFRICA. (United Press Association—Copyright.) ROME, November 20. Important changes have been made in the Italian Cabinet. Signor Lessona (Minister of Italian Africa) will leave the post, which will be taken over by Signor Mussolini, who will assume the duties of Minister. The Duke of Aosta will succeed Marshal Graziani as Viceroy of Ethiopia General Attillio (flerruzi, formerly a Blackshirt commander in Spain, has been appointed Under-Secretary foi Colonies. Signor Mussolini personally sent a letter to Marshal Graziani, expressing the gratitude of the Italian nation for the - work done in peace and war for the conquest and pacification of the Italian empire. . , Signor Mussolini’s decision is interpreted as meaning that he wishes to give a more personal and a more vigorous turn to the developments in Abyssinia.
