The Rome correspondent of “ The Times” says that dispatches from Addis Ababa state that Marshal Graziani, owing to, a scarcity of supplies, has ordered that -all farmers, whether Italians or Abyssinians, shall sell their entire crops to the Government.
The Abyssinians, who dislike paper currency, have been hoarding their produce. <
