TO: GORDON DENI'S HUGH McKAY, of address unknown, Barman, TAKE NOTICE that a Citation lias been issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Christchurch citing you to appear and answer the petition of HENRIETTA AMIE McKAY, of Christchurch, wherein she prays for dissolution of her marriage with you on the ground of desertion, and the said Citation intimates that in default of your so doing the Court will proceed to hear the said Petition and to pronounce sentence therein notwithstanding your absence. NOW THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that for the purpose aforesaid you are within thirty days after the date of this publication to attend in person or by your solicitor at the Supreme Court Office at Christchurch and there to enter an appearance, without which you will not be allowed to address the Court at any stage of the proceedings.
