STRATFORD RACING CLUB. REIPAR WINS MEMORIAL. STR ATFORD, March 20. There was dull but fine weather for tho one-day meeting (additional permit) of tho Stratford Racing Club today. The track was firm and there was a good attendance. Tho chief event was the Budge Memorial, and a trophy, a grandfather clock, presented by Mrs Budge, widow of the club’s former president. The totalisator figures were £17,437 10s. The only comparison was with £9281 for seven races in April, 3 933. Concluding results:
