The weather was fine, with an easterly breeze, for the dhristcliurch Jockey Club’s summer meeting, and the trade at lliccarton was in good order. The attendance was fair, and the totalisator (win and place) handled £20,271, against £10,522 10s last year, when the weather was unfavourable. Concluding results: —
