Leon Trotsky was secretly expelled from Norway on December 19. Ho and his wife are now on the high seas bound for their new Mexican home. DENIAL OF EXPULSION. (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) OSLO, December 23. The Ministry denies having expelled Trotsky. His residential permit has merely expired.
