DECREE REVOKED.
AN UNUSUAL POSITION. (Per Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., November 9. The unusual position of the court not only refusing a decree absolute but revoking a decree nisi was witnessed when a woman seeking a decree absolute admitted! that during the period of three years’ separation required for divorce she had been hack once with her husband. Mr Justice Ostler intimated that although her return to Tier husband did not annul the separation order for divorce purposes, the three years must start from the last time she lived with her husband. This had only recently been decided by the Court of Appeal.
