CENSURE PROPOSED.
NEW SOUTH WALES POLITICS. United Press Association—Ctfpyrigbtl SYDNEY, September 1. It was announced to-night that as soon as Parliament meets, Mr J. C. Ross, who represents Kogarah, a metropolitan constituency in the Government interests, intends*' to move censure on tho Government, which he asserts has lost the confidence of the people as a result of its treatment of the unemployed.
A special meeting of the State Cabinet, which lasted for eight hours, reconsidered the relief work problem, in regard to which there is still considerable unrest in the party ranks due to the decision to place many thousands of single men back on tho dole. The Cabinet to-night decided to modify; its policy and appointed a committee of the Cabinet to examine various suggestions for tho absorption of all unemployed on full-time works, which are about to begin, and to furnish a report on the subject in a week’s time.
