Findlay, on behalf of the Cricket Boards of Control of Australia,-South Africa, India, and the West indies, as a token of appreciation of his courtesy as secretary of the Marylebone Cricket Club froin 1926 to 1936, and as a tribute to his services to Empire cricket.
